This exclusive casino was earlier proposed to be launched in 2010 but the financial global crisis had its own impact on the progress, and now the project is scheduled to be up and running by 2011. The casino is being built with the team effort of China State Construction Engineering Corp. (CSCEC), renowned property builder Tishman and the well known casino builder Revel Entertainment.

China State Construction Engineering Corp. (CSCEC) has been reporting good profits over the past few years. The company has reported a net profit of 2.35 billion yuan ($344million) for the first half of 2009. In July CSCEC generated more than 50 billion yuan $7.3billion by way of investments through the initial public issue on the Shanghai Exchange. The value of CSCEC sky rocketed to more than 40 times earnings on the very first day of trading and the shares rose more than 65% to close at $1.01. The current trading rate for the company’s stock is at 5.29 yuan (77 cents).

The Beijing based publicly owned company has been involved in China’s most esteemed and prominent building projects like Beijing’s National Aquatics Center, Hong Kong’s Disneyland and the Shanghai World Financial Center. There are many projects that are in the offing which include a number of railway projects and the $1.92 billion contract earmarked for the resort in Bahamas.
